Piggly Wiggly Stores - Contest (May 8, 2026 - July 5, 2026)

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Piggly Wiggly Store's Website (http://pigglywigglystores.com).

Eligibility:

This Campaign is open only to those who sign up here and who are 18 as of the date of entry.

Agreement to Rules:

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Piggly Wiggly as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign. You agree to receive ongoing email’s provided by Piggly Wiggly Stores.

Campaign Period:

Entries will be accepted online starting on May 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM EDT and ending July 5, 2026 12:00am EDT.

Prizes:

The Winner of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive 1, Wilmington Cape Fear Deluxe Gas Grill from Piggly Wiggly Stores of North Carolina. The winner must be able to pick up the grill at the Piggly Wiggly store selected in the campaign application. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Piggly Wiggly’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Piggly Wiggly to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Store pickup required for winners to receive prize. 

Odds:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules:

Winners will be chosen by random selection and contacted on or after July 10th. Piggly Wiggly shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within three (3) calendar days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT PIGGLY WIGGLY‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. LIMIT 1 ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD.
